I’m an AI engineer and an IIT Madras graduate, and I’ve built CareOS end to end. For the last three years I’ve designed and shipped production AI systems for enterprises across Singapore and Japan — multi-agent architectures, real-time voice agents, and fully offline, on-device models that hold up in the field, not just in a demo. I’m far more than a RAG pipeline; my work spans the whole stack of trustworthy, agentic AI. Living and working in Japan, I’ve seen first-hand how much weight a single care manager carries, and how invisible the days between visits really are. CareOS is my answer — and I’m now partnering with investors, VCs, and government organizations to bring it to care systems worldwide.
